How far in advance should I reserve the equipment I need or my event?
To guarantee availability of equipment we recommend booking 30 days or more in advance.
Do you have a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, order must equal the value amount of $150.00 for delivery service. Orders that are under $250 is available for customer pick-up!
What is the length of rental?
Most of our rentals is 24 Hours. Unless, discussed otherwise.
What is your payment policy?
50% of the total is due at the time of booking. The other 50% must be paid 24 hours before the event and before services are rendered.
DO YOU DELIVER? WHERE?
We are located on the Northwest Side of Detroit. We typically cover cities such as Detroit, Redford, Oak Park, Southfield, Ferndale, Hazel Park, and Dearborn Heights. We may still deliver to cities not on the previous list please give us a call 313-808-4746.
Do I have to leave a deposit when I reserve equipment?
Yes 50% of the total is due to reserve the equipment,
What form of payment do you accept?
Mostly Electronic Payment. We DON’T accept cash.

Can I revise my order after it’s been submitted?
Modifications can only be made up until 5 days before the event.
Will my rental equipment be set up and taken down?
All tents are set-up by a member of our staff. However, customers are responsible for setting up their own tables and chairs. We can set-up tables and chairs for a additional investment. Set-up service must be booked in advance.
How do I make a payment?
We will send payments through a booking reservation email.
Do you charge for delivery and pick up?
Delivery starts at $50 and up depending upon your zip code. There is no fee for picking up tables and chairs from our location.

What happens if something is broken, damaged or missing?
Customer will be charged in full for broken, damaged, or missing items. Please take care of our rental equipment to avoid charges.
I need my rentals for more than one day, how does that work?
We will bill you for a multi-day rental.
What happens if I must cancel my order, do I get charged for it?
No, you will be able to reschedule your event for Monday-Thursday. No weekend dates can be used for rescheduling. There are absolutely no refunds! Reschedules ONLY.

How do I reserve a package?
Simply complete the quote request form below or call/text our office at 313-808-4746 to secure your pick-up time.
Where is pick-up located?
Pick-up is at our Detroit location. Address and directions will be provided upon reservation confirmation.
Can I get these specials delivered?
These $50 specials are for pick-up only. For delivery options, please check our full rental catalog.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $50 refundable cash or cash deposit is due at the time of pick-up and will be returned upon equipment return.
What is your weather policy?
The Event Suppliers LLC cannot control the weather. Please plan accordingly. In the event of rain and/or strong winds such that the equipment cannot be safely used, I / We may cancel delivery without penalty prior to event/party delivery time. For inclement weather cancellations, the deposit/payment will either be issued as a raincheck and credited to a newly scheduled date, provided the desired equipment and dates are available.
